You're not in the map's top three
That block of three businesses takes most of the calls. Ranking fourteenth is the same as not ranking.
Local SEO · Service businesses · USA
We build websites for Latino-owned service businesses across the US, then do the work to get them found. Google, Apple, Bing and Yelp all pointing to one place: you.
The diagnosis
Almost nobody compares ten plumbers. People pull out their phone, look at the top three on the map, and call whoever looks most solid. If you're not up there, how good you are never comes up.
That block of three businesses takes most of the calls. Ranking fourteenth is the same as not ranking.
Slow load, awkward on mobile, phone number buried at the bottom. People leave before they read you.
An old phone number here, a shortened address there. Google stops being sure which one is you, and when it's unsure it ranks you lower.
Siri sends people to Apple Maps. Plenty search Yelp. AI reads directories. Every map you ignore is a customer calling someone else.
What we do
A website on its own, with nothing behind it, almost never makes the phone ring. So we don't sell pages on their own: we build the foundation, then push it month after month until the map takes you seriously. The site is included when you start with six months of ongoing work.
The foundation. Without it, everything else runs empty.
This isn't something you install once and forget. It needs feeding every month. Here's what that looks like.
The route
Order matters. Pushing traffic to a site that doesn't convert wastes money, and optimizing profiles with no site behind them leaves you halfway.
We review your site, your four profiles, and the three businesses currently ranking above you in your area. We tell you exactly why them and not you.
We define which pages you need, for which searches, and in what order. A business with six services across four cities doesn't need a page. It needs a plan.
We write and build the site. Fast on mobile, clear in its message, contact button always within reach. You review it before it goes live.
Your business becomes identical across Google, Apple Maps, Bing Places, Yelp and the directories that feed them all. One name, one phone, one address.
Content, posts, photos, links where they're needed, heatmap review, and a report you can read without a dictionary. Month after month.
Why it works
Google is public about how it ranks local results: relevance, distance and prominence. It isn't magic and it isn't luck. Every task we do pushes one of those three levers.
How well your business matches what the person typed.
How close you are to the searcher. The one lever you don't fully control, though you can define your ground properly.
How known you are outside your own site. This is where the map is won or lost.
More people are asking ChatGPT, Gemini or their phone assistant for a plumber, a roofer, a landscaper. Those answers don't come from nowhere: they're assembled from map profiles, reviews, directories and websites that state clearly who you are and where you work.
The good news: it feeds on the same things we're already fixing. A business with consistent data, answered reviews and content that answers real questions is a business AI can cite with confidence.
We use it for the boring parts: researching what people search in your area, organizing article topics, preparing drafts, and checking consistency across profiles. It frees us up for the parts that need judgment.
What we don't do is publish generic machine output. An article that says nothing specific about your trade doesn't rank and, worse, doesn't convince anyone to call you.
Who this is for
That's a deliberate focus. We know the market, we work in both languages, and we know your customers aren't only the Spanish speakers.
Trade not on the list? If it's a local service and you serve US customers, message us anyway.

MAPA Marketing just launched. We don't have a wall of case studies yet, and we're not going to invent them or paste reviews from people who don't exist. What we do have is a method, and this entire site is the proof: everything we do is explained here, step by step, for free.
If you're reading this in our first months, you get the best version of us: few clients, direct attention, and a strong appetite for results we can show off.
